The Weight Loss Challenge – join now to learn how to develop an action plan to get healthy, lose weight and keep it off for the rest of your life!  You may think you have to work out for hours in the gym each day to lose weight or just drop loads of calories out of your daily diet to shrink.  We’re here to dispel the myths about weight loss and help you achieve your goals.  Getting optimal nutrition will help you keep on track.  It’s all about the power of protein and feeding your body what it needs based on YOUR lean body mass.


Each Weight Loss Challenge participant receives:

  • Fun group support setting for ideas and encouragementID-100177574
  • 2 private coaching sessions including a wellness evaluation to measure YOUR lean body mass measurement
  • Individual action plan to follow based on your lean body mass.
  • Weekly weigh-ins for tracking your progress
  • Lessons on how to change your metabolism, exercise, vitamins, anti-aging practices, how to read food labels and much, much more.

Prizes are awarded to top 3 biggest losers based on percent of body weight lost.  Winnings depend on the number of participants and can reach up to $500.  Average weight loss for 10 week program is 15 pounds and over 10 inches.  Specific rules are in place to qualify for the cash prizes.  Join the challenge, have some fun and get healthy for the rest of your life!
